One on One Wellness Retreats at Red Mountain Resort

Pivot’s 1:1 wellness retreats focus on diving deeper into an area of life that may have been evading you.  They are about learning and practicing, 1:1 with highly trained coach, Blake Cason, over a longer period of time while nourishing and resetting from “average.”  The setting allows us to create healthy space from stressors, habits, and distractions and immerse in our true potential for growth and connection.

More than that, a weekend with Pivot Wellness is about transference.  All of these topics, ideas, lessons, insights are only as valuable as we are able to sustain them after the retreat.  You will walk away with deeper personal awareness, reflection, and next steps as well as clear frameworks for continued application and self-directed growth back home. 

These intensives are tailored to your needs, starting with a 60-minute 1:1 coaching prep call at least one week prior.  This call gets us crystal clear on where you are and how we will dive deep over our time together.

All intensives include a book or workbook directly related to the work we will be doing together.  For example, The Intuitive Eating Workbook, Real Happiness, or Daring Greatly.

Red Mountain Resort:

Sample Itinerary:

This is a personalized retreat so we will work together to determine dates.

Day 0: Arrive early enough to explore and enjoy all that Red Mountain Resort has to offer.

Day 1 & 2:

10-12pm, Yoga (or some kind of movement) and meditation, prep some reflection over lunch/break

12- 2pm, Lunch + break

2-4pm, Deep dive coaching

4-5:30pm, Break + individual work

5:30-6:30pm, Check-in, reflect, close our work

After 6:30pm, Dinner + personal time

Day 3:

10-12pm, Reflect on immersion work, clarify next steps at home

Option to share a few meals and take classes together as part of experience.

 

The Details:

  • Flexible dates! We’ll work together to plan dates that work best.

  • Flexible schedule, but arriving the day before to get settled, finishing our work around noon on the third day.

  • Flight to either Las Vegas + 2-hour drive/shuttle, or St George + free 30 min shuttle (participant makes travel arrangements and can ask the resort for assistance, more info)

  • Three nights King Villa Suite stay at the resort + 3 healthy meals a day + access to wonderful hotel amenities, classes, hikes, and workouts

  • Tailored immersion incl. daily movement + 1:1 Deep Dive Coaching with Blake Cason based on your goals and needs

  • Price starting at $3500 includes coaching, materials, room, meals, activities, and free transport from the St George Airport and based on resort pricing for your chosen dates.

Flights and optional rental cars not included.
