Every Monday at 5:30- 6:45 Pacific Time, come together via online video (Zoom) to set the tone for your week.

Every week, a motivated and curious group of wellness-seekers will connect in an interactive video call with facilitator and coach, Blake Cason, MS.

Come ready to learn new skills and discover yourself, with guidance and support to apply to your unique life. We will utilize the power of mindfulness and behavior coaching in a supportive and interactive group of like-minded peers.

This small group course includes all three crucial elements of change:

  • 1:1 direct support with a skilled coach to navigate your unique life

Blake is a smile-out-loud kind of lady - full of passion and joy for life. She have been teaching and coaching for over 12 years now in many capacities. From time and energy management to meditation to intuitive eating, none of the topics Blake address could be called "easy." Format

Weekly Structure
Each 75-minute session will be lead by Blake. A day or two before each session, typically Saturdays, you will receive (via email) additional front-loading material for the week. During the session, we will discuss that material, go into it more deeply, brainstorm application, and have questions answered to facilitate growth in that area.

All from the comfort of your own home or travel destination!

Software
We will be using Zoom Video Conferencing for this course, which is free for participants and only requires a simple download. We will provide instructions ahead of time for using Zoom. You can access Zoom through a link (that we provide) on your laptop or through an app on your phone. There will also be private Facebook group that we use to communicate as a group between sessions.
