What is Come Together?
Ever feel like work is taking up too much space in your life? Have goals in mind but don’t know where to start? Keep getting started at making changes but lose focus, drive, and direction? You’re certainly not alone.
Come Together is for starting fresh or staying strong. It is for learning about yourself in new ways and using your skills and strengths to take ownership of your life and how YOU want it to feel.
For 8 weeks, a motivated and curious group of wellness-seekers will connect in interactive video calls with facilitator and coach, Blake Cason. Together they will discover strengths, passage over hurdles, and create more healthy, balanced lifestyles.
Come ready to learn new skills and discover yourself. Receive guidance and support to apply to your unique life. We will utilize the power of mindfulness and behavior coaching in a supportive and interactive group of like-minded peers.

Who is Come Together for?
People who see a need to shift one or more aspects of their lives but haven’t quite been able to make it happen or stick with it.
Motivated individuals who are ready for deeper understanding, guidance, and accountability.
People who enjoy collaborating, sharing, and relating with others.
Curious people who are open to new ideas and modalities they can bring into their wellness journey.
People of all age, race, gender, you name it. So long as you are passionate and willing to commit to the process, you are welcome here.
What are the details?
WHAT: Weekly 90-minute group sessions via Zoom
WHEN: Tuesdays @ 5:30- 7:00 pm Pacific Time
PROGRAM DATES: 8 Weeks. February 6th- March 26th (Registration closes January 11th)
WHO: Maximum of 10 motivated participants
PRICE: $550* (additional private sessions can be purchased separately).

*As finances may be more stressed for some, I offer payment plans and scholarships for those who otherwise would be unable to join. There will be two scholarships awarded—one that covers 50% of the cost and one that will cover the full price. WEEKLY STRUCTURE
Calls start promptly at 5:30 pm PST
Begins with check-in and reflection on insights gained in the recent week.
90 min. group call guided by the needs of individuals and the group.
Weekly exercises and workshops between sessions to help solidify concepts.
Meditations lead in-session by Blake.
Flexible sessions to account for the interests of each unique group.
Guidance for further exploration and next-week prep through access to Blake’s online course and myriad coaching tools library

Why Online Group Coaching?
There is something special about working through tough topics in a group setting. Instead of feeling singled out or alone, this dynamic allows you to share your experiences with other like-minded individuals. You are able to feed off the inspiring and encouraging group energy. Plus, online group coaching is a more affordable way to get the coaching experience, all from the comfort of your home.
If you feel shy about being in a group or sharing yourself, know that many people join with those fears. Come Together is not a forced-share environment. You can come and listen and maybe even surprise yourself. After a few weeks, the group becomes friends as we share our similar successes and confusions.
About Blake
Blake is a smile-out-loud kind of lady— full of passion and joy for life. She have been teaching and coaching for over 12 years in many capacities: from time and energy management to meditation to intuitive eating. None of the topics Blake addresses could be called "easy." Pivot Wellness, is so incredible because it connects Blake with people who are working to take an honest look at their lives, habits, behaviors.... and honesty is hard!

I can't say enough how impressed I was with Blake. After only working with her once one-on-one, I joined Come Together. The group was led seamlessly - she was always prepared in mind, body, and spirit to help all of the group members stay grounded, connected, and focused on our goals. She asks incredibly insightful questions that helped me reflect and dig deeper in order to help me make lasting change. I loved that she used multiple ways of engaging us - meditating, journaling, coaching, and small group connections really made it a well-rounded and impactful experience. I enjoyed meeting with other people who were all on their own growth journeys, as well. Even in the ways we differed, I could always find something about their journey that helped me reflect on mine. I will always remember this experience and I continue to ask myself the questions Blake posed in the group anytime I am having difficulty in my life.
