I wasn’t sure I would like online group coaching (I'm a pretty low-tech, private, one-on-one kind of person) and I LOVED IT. If I were to do this journey all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. The online/group component was so valuable in getting to interact with other rad humans and gain their insights. Each week I’d look forward to our meetings where I’d get to connect with the other group members and tackle this week’s wellness adventure.

I've had some strong positive results that have come Blake's group. When I step back and look at the impact that it's had it's kind of unbelievable. One of many improvements, just looking at how my sleep has improved from the very first week I started to where it is now, I see the graph and it's just unreal to me. Mindfulness Workshop: Outwild
I believe it gave me specific tools to overcome some of the obstacles in my life.
Blake is an incredible human being. So full of life, amazing communication skills, she can go from slow to light speed with such grace. There's a stabilizing energy about her that vibrates at a frequency that makes me so happy when I'm around her. I'm incorporating what I learned from her about mindfulness into my life immediately.
Applied mindfulness spoke to me in so many ways ~ slowing down and focusing on all the elements, nature's beautiful blessings has a powerful impact on the mind, the body, the soul and leads to intentional presence. I especially like the more intimate exercises that were done with one on one with a partner to increase meaningful connections. It forced you to be raw and vulnerable in that space in which Blake did a tremendous job creating a safe environment for all to participate.
It showed me the process of being curious about what is in the moment, this little walnut had some many interesting characteristics that I don’t get to know or enjoy in my daily rush. You can fit in mindfulness anywhere, and I can do it more regularly.
Anatomy of Habit Workshop
Blake’s workshops are so interactive, it was such a great reminder that I am not the only one that struggles internally. She created a safe circle for us to lovingly dissect our behavior and shed light on why. - Corey
